Join this free Somatic and Movement Therapy Preview Session where I will provide an introduction to what a somatic or movement therapy session may look like, and guide you through some exercises so you have the experience to decide whether it is right for you.
This session will be in a seminar setting, meaning participants can watch the speaker without video and microphone privileges. Chat will be available.
